Leaping Forward: Evolving ESI Protocols Webinar Series, Part III

June 6 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Join us for Part III of our webinar series. We are bringing a fantastic panel of judges together for an insightful discussion.

The Judges Panel

Midwest ACEDS Chapters are thrilled to bring together a fantastic panel of judges for an insightful discussion moderated by David Horrigan, Relativity.

In previous sessions, we discussed challenges derived from poorly written or out-of-date ESI protocols from practitioners and industry specialists and their advice on modernizing protocols to fit modern discovery. In this session, we will hear from the judges as they share their perspectives on how ESI Protocols affect proceedings, the trends they are seeing, and their opinions on where we are going.

We are privileged to have U.S. Magistrate Judge Allison Goddard (S.D. Cal) and U.S. Magistrate Judge Joel Richlin (C.D. Cal.) join us for this session. Additional judges are to be announced.

Join us on June 6, 2024, for the Judges Panel!
