DESCRIPTION:Join the ACEDS Wisconsin Chapter for an educational discussion\n\n\nPlease join Blake Sandven and Michael Ryan of Special Counsel for a discussion on the strategies\, difficulties\, successes and future of managing remote review. \nSpeakers: \nMike Ryan is a Director of Delivery at Special Counsel. He helps manage a team of over 30 project managers as well some of Special Counsel’s most complex cases and workflows including implementing active learning and various MDL matters. He has been managing remote teams for seven years. \nBlake Sandven is a Director of Delivery and Managing Attorney at Special Counsel.  Over his nearly 10 years of working in e-Discovery\, Blake has managed cases from large to small and has been a part of the company’s push to move more reviews from in office to remote.  His primary areas of focus are in Banking/Regulation and also Pharmaceuticals.
